What is the most important thing to a kid?
Ask one of your children after they do a playdate at someone else's house or after a sleepover. Ask them, so, what do the parents do for a living? Or what type of countertops do they have? Were they quartz? You'll see — kids don't know that. They don't care about what parents do for a living.
Ask them — did the parents play with you? Were they nice? Did you have fun? That's what kids care about.
Had a reaction to this? Let's talk.
