In honor of football season, I'd like to share with you that I was captain of my team in high school. Believe it or not, we won one game as juniors and one game as seniors. We were not as good as our record indicated. I combined slowness and passivity and being timid into one package.
Anyhow — the key to getting your children to enjoy watching football with you is third downs. You have to pause the TV and explain to the kid why this is important. Once they get third downs, they will start wanting to watch football more. Trust me.
