It's easy to roughhouse with boys, but some men feel awkward roughhousing with their girls. Girls love it just as much as boys. You pick them up and you throw them, and girls love it. I highly encourage that.
My 18-year-old thanked me because she and her brother used to do it a lot, and it made her tough. It made her a center-back in soccer that was not afraid to throw elbows.
Throw your daughters as high as you throw your sons.
